Newbie Investor and experienced Commercial Appraiser from Texas
Howdy, I am Jeff Walters and I have just recently started looking to explore the art of real estate investing, and I am open to any and all advice to help a newbie get started. I am a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Texas and Oklahoma. Being an appraiser helps me a ton on being able to analyze deals and market trends with my access to MLS databases and appraising properties all around the state.
