New member from the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area

Hello everyone, I love the BP site and everything it has to offer.
I am from Sheboygan, WI home of brats and hard rolls! Haha.
I started investing in May of last year when I bought my personal residence as a cash offer (it was a foreclosure). A couple months ago I purchased my first investment property, a two-family in a great neighborhood and it has been a tremendously positive experience so far!
Now I am 3 weeks into my first fix and flip and it is a pretty big project but I am having a blast doing it.
I would love to connect with other Wisconsin investors especially in the Sheboygan county area.
