Want to invest by end of June in Dallas / Fort Worth

Hey BP community!
Happy to be here and educating ourselves with all the great assets BP brings to the table. 
We are a husband and wife team ready to start our REI portfolio by the end of June. We've been scouting and chatting with a few agents / lenders and have viewed some properties. Analyzing multiple deals a day to really hone our skills while simultaneously focusing on building our A team of agents, wholesalers, lenders, property managers and general contractors.

The market is absolutely crazy, we know!  We want to get better at understanding the DFW market out here. Not looking for turn key homes, we want to put some work into them and turn them around.  As we go along, we are open to looking outside of Dallas and Texas for that matter as well.
