Recommendation to buy investment property in morrisville, NC

I am out of state investor, looking for advice on investing around research triangle. 

Is this a good time to buy?  Or am i buying at the cliff? 

Also can you recommend honest realtors around morrisville, cary, apex and holy springs?  Is a buy and hold a good strategy at this time
