Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing awesome! My name is John Martinez and I live in Arlington, Tx. I am a newbie to biggerpockets.com and the real estate industry. I am seeking knowledge and information from other investors on how to start investing in duplexes/triplexes/quads and single-family homes. I appreciate any help in guiding me in the right direction.
