Hi, My name is Manuel. I am an investor in my early 40s in Miami, Florida. Have been investing in real estate since my late 20s. Currently hold 8 rental units and I am currently searching for the next one. My goal is to purchase one unit per year. So far I've managed to purchase one unit every other year.  I look forward to learning from your support and expertise and one day providing support to others as well.
