Good evening everyone I'm Anthony Mitchell from Fort Myers, Fl. I just upgraded to pro membership to I'm looking to get started investing in rental properties (single family and multi family). I have another year before I can use my VA loan again due to being 1099 and not having 2 years continues employment at the same company. I'm having a hard time finding funding for my first deal.
