Hello everyone, we're new here
Hello everyone. I'm Paul & (Peggy) and just signed up for Bigger Pockets. We've been investing in real estate for awhile, but now really taking it to the next level. We currently live in Houston, TX and have 4 single properties here and also have 8 properties in Central NY (where we are from) consisting of single, duplex and 4 units buildings. We've owned up to an 8 unit that we bought, rehabbed and flipped. We like the 2-4 unit properties, = cash flow. We are also looking for up to a 20 unit that flows. Anyway just wanted to introduce ourselves. We love taking real estate and making money.... lol
