Hello! I'm just getting started on my income property investing adventure. I'm looking in New Orleans for my first duplex. I have family there, visit often, and know it well, so thought I would start there as my hometown is extremely expensive. Bigger Pockets has been so educational, and the people in the forums share their knowledge so generously too. Thank you!
