New OOS investor who would like to connect with an agent or wholesaler in the Memphis area. Looking for a BRRRR or even turnkey property in a C+ to A- neighborhood. Also, anyone who can help with areas in Memphis, that would be much appreciated. I've looked into some areas but wanted the feedback from those who know the area personally. Any advice is welcomed.
