Just put in first offer
Hello BP!
Just wanted to tell someone who loves real estate as much as we do that we put in our first offer today on an off-market deal that our agent referred us to. Thank you so much to Bigger Pockets for helping us through over a year of analysis paralysis and pushing us to finally start making offers. We are in Northern California and looking at properties in MO. This is a super exciting first step and we are ready to start our real estate journey!
