Hello Everyone!

My name is David Guzman. I'm 22 years old. I recently attended a "Secrets of a Millionaire Mind" in Glendale, Az this past June. On the second day we had briefly gone over Real Estate Investing as a way of passive income. I absolutely loved what I heard.

Since then I just finished helping my father with his business and helped him attain 6-8 new sales reps to help with his business and also began looking into REI a little more.

I have been blessed to find this amazing site which I is so different from others I've been to. I havent seen any other site that helps out as much as they do here!

After taking a month off to get my heart problems improved I'm ready to begin.

I've spoke with Sharon Vornholt, who has given great advices which I've followed such as joining my local REI and creating some business cards to hand out.

So far I have already:

1. Create business cards

2. Joined and attended my first local REI-Club (8/6/13)

3. Signed up for a foreclosure class/seminar which will be on August 24th.

4. Already began my buyers list (2 at the moment)

5. Made friends with a Real Estate Broker who will be providing me with free classes when he teaches.

My goals/plans are:

To begin wholesaling due to the lack of capital.

- I'm reading as much info as I can and plan on listening to the podcast provided here.

- By no later than the middle of next month begin taking action with the knowledge I've acquired.

-Pay off my Motorcycle, Car, and Small Credit Card debt

-Begin a savings for 7-9 months of living expenses

-Begin Buy and Holding properties for monthly cashflow

-By the end of Next Year have a real estate license.

*One thing I want and will learn is how to properly evaluate a property.

My biggest block at the moment is my heart condition which I hope is due to the stress of working so much the past 6 months (I'm a work-a-holic which has is pros and cons) and not something more serious.

To leave on a positive note I finally feel like I have a plan to follow and not like before, of just having a vague Idea.

I welcome the day that I can truly have options!
