Hi everyone!

My name is William. I recently closed on a property in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It's a condo in an area that is very close to Fairfield and Trumbull. In about 2 - 3 years I would like to rent it. In the meantime, I will be working on making improvements for the home. The property is in mostly good condition. However, there are some details that could perhaps help push it to a better condition. Details like new windows, and a paint job for a couple of doors.

I am new to Real Estate and this is the first property I have ever acquired. Real Estate has great cash flow opportunities, and the possibility of appreciation!

I'm an active person! I enjoy activities, such as hiking, kayaking, bowling, and playing pool. Feel free to reach out and perhaps we can link up to do some of these activities and chat about Real Estate!
