Hey everyone,

My husband and I have recently become interested in real estate investing. We have been using this site for about 2 months and love it. We have read the Ultimate Beginners Guide and also Rich Dad/Poor Dad.

We have a mentor. We are working on our niche and strategy. We are considering either single family home or a 12-unit property.
