Hi, I'm Cormac,

Don't own any real estate at present - just looking at my options. This site was referenced in an audio interview I was listening to with a successful rehabber (20 properties in 2012) - so here I am! Started my search looking for info on tax lien certificate/tax deed investing. Not sure of my direction yet!
