Looking to Connect w/Investors in the Greater Charlotte Area (NC)

Dante Land
Posted

Hi All! New here to BP but have been watching the videos and getting all the free knowledge possible and getting ready to purchase our first investment property. We're looking at The ATL area and the surrounding states. I've managed to find discussion threads on this topic but I’m missing something. Would love to find a mentor point me in the direction and be a guiding light. Oh yes, and would a turnkey company be a better entry point for someone so green? Also would be happy to connect and just talk to folks, trying to put myself out there!

Thank you! Appreciate you!

@Dante Land welcome to to BP community! Most experienced investors will advise that it's essential to clearly identify your goals and criteria in order to succeed in this industry. Select your target market, property type, class neighborhood/tenant, price point, cour four (agent, pm, lender, cotractor), etc. You'll hear investors on the BP podcast share their "why" which drove them to get into RE investing in the first place. So, what is your why?

The RE investment space is hot right now. If interested, I have a short ATL investing guide that I'd be more then happy to share. All the best.
