Hi all, I am new to real estate and new to BP. I am so excited to learn learn as much I can from others experience. Looking forward to connect with you all. To introduce more about myself, I am an international current in working visa. Since I an international my current plan is only buy and hold rental properties as of now. I planning to get my residential  and investment  property as soon as possible.
