incorporate or not to incorporate
Is it better to buy property as an individual or through a corporation (s-corp/LLC)? i see pros and cons. I am planning on buying as rental and holding the property for as long as feasible. Not looking for too fast nice and slow does the job. Had one rental property at one time and got a little scared and sold it way too early! Had that one as individual. Not too scared of liability issues
