Newbie Here!
Hello everyone my name is Freddy McCloud and I am fairly new to real estate investing (less than a year). I have already bought one property and flipped it. I just bought my second property which I plan on keeping as a rental and I am currently looking for another. I am working in the IT field and my real estate goal is to acquire at least 10 rental properties to generate a good stream of income. I also plan on flipping properties when the right deals present themselves. Thus far I have been able to use my own funds to purchase my properties (no mortgage payment!!).
