New Investor, NC ,SC
Hello, I am a new investor based out of Raleigh NC. I am looking to start flipping homes in NC & SC. Currently I am DO for a general contractor in Raleigh.I have a big interest in Hilton Head Island SC as I am looking to secure a retirement home there. I have an incredible network of subcontractors and I have been in construction for over 30 years in both residential and commercial. I am very excited about Real Estate investing and have been buried in books and podcasts for weeks. Eager to get started.
