Beginner Investor in Cleveland!

Hello All, My name is Kadeem and I'm a relatively new investor. I graduated in 2012 with a degree in Finance from Skidmore College in upstate NY and moved back to Cleveland, Ohio for a job offer with Nestle. I've always been interested in investing in real estate and recently decided to give it a shot, after my friend asked me to partner with him. We are both new to real estate, but have been reading a ton of books and articles over the past few months. We have also began creating a business plan and saving money for our first property. Both of us have full time jobs, but we are hoping to make enough money in the next few years to quit our jobs and work in real estate full time. It would be great to find a mentor in the Cleveland area to connect with and maybe shadow. We would also like to find an investment club in the area. Thanks, Kadeem
