Hi everyone,

My name is Neal Bratton and I currently live and invest in Evansville, IN. I am still very new to the world of Real Estate Investing but I hope to learn and grow and maybe even help somebody else learn and grow from my experiences. I just started investing this year. I have done two deals so far. (actually just closed the second one today, YAY!) My first purchase was a single family and my second was a duplex. I feel that they were both good investments. (of course everything seems good until you get something better) But I feel like I have taken a couple of steps in the right direction.

Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been on BP for several months now and for some reason I'm just getting around to my introduction. But I look forward to participating more on the site and getting to know other people on the site. Thanks for reading and have a good day.
