Hello

Just joined Bigger Pockets today after having been a regular outsider looking in. I have been in the contracting business for the last 15 years in the NY- NJ areas. I have in the past fixed and flipped properties, but was triggered again by BP to go hunting for fixer uppers in the NY-NJ areas to renovate and flip.
