My name is Daniel Hernandez. I'm a new real estate investor coming out of Miami, FL. I'm extremely excited to learn as much as possible from the community and I just wanted formally introduce myself.

I've been in the financial industry for over 9 years ranging from retail and community banking to commercial real estate and small business lending through the SBA. Currently I work as a SBA Loan Processor & Portfolio Manager for a financial institution based here in Miami.

On the side, I have been focusing on starting a business as a real estate copywriter and photographer. It's a passion for me to assist clients with their marketing and help close their deals. Nothing thrill me more than painting a verbal picture through a listing or being able to sell the home through the photos before you end step foot in the house. My main focus is to collaborated with my future clients and aid with their listings, bios, property photos, magazines, social media, email campaigns, etc.

From a personal perspective, my main goal through real estate is to provide for my family and future generation. Growing up, my parents gave us everything at the cost of almost losing everything for not understanding financial wellness. I want to be able to provide for them as they did for us. I want my future generation to have the opportunities that I never had.
