My Name is Cole Guidinger. I invest in areas north of Dallas/Fort Worth. I started my real estate investment business in March of 2021. Since then I have 4 LTR SFHs, 5 Air BNB's, and Large home in a college town that I rent out by the room. I acquired the LTR's using the BRRRR Method and creative finance to acquire the Air BNB's. The house hack in the college town was a mix of BRRRR and excellent terms on a rehab loan. I have Wholesaled 3 or 4 deals to help keep capital moving. I really am looking for others in the area to try to get into multi-family. I hope to connect with a lot of you in the future.
