Novice in the Baltimore, MD area
- Hello everyone!
- Im excited to finally start posting in BP! For the past several weeks, I have been reading and trying to absorb all of this great info from off of the site and on the podcast. I have also met some great folks at the local REIA meeting groups.
- Im looking to initially get started in wholesaling, build up some capital, and eventually (after year 1) start holding some of those properties. My goal is to eventually rely on passive income from holding.
- I look forward to connecting and interacting with the investors here on BP and eventually sharing the story on my first deal. lol
