a new beginning
Hello BP community,
Two weeks ago I was sold the dream, I attended a free seminar with only a vague idea of what it would be about and after the energy and excitement, I put down a few hundred and am signed up for an upcoming seminar. After doing some reading online and discovering Biggerpockets, I at least know I will not be getting hooked in the uber expensive "advanced classes" they will be pushing, but I am nonetheless excited to learn the information they are offering.
My immediate goal is to learn the ins and outs of wholesaling, while working towards acquiring rental properties for passive income. I will, with some success, eventually look into the many other avenues of investment in this industry.
I look forward to interacting with the many investors here at BP, especially those who are active in the San Francisco Bay area CA.
