Interested in Duplex Multi Famiy In Danbury CT

We own 2 Duplexes in Danbury that we are very happy with.  We would like to purchase another one but are having difficuty finding one in our price range.

We want a newer house.  We are not interested in anything after the 1980's.  We want something that cash flows

We are able to rehab a house and we want something that we will Buy and Hold.

We want a BRRR 

We would appreciate any information on multi families in the Danbury area
