Insurance on rental property that was purchased 2 years ago
Parents own a rental property (condo) that was purchased 2 year ago. When property was purchases Insurance was not purchased. Now my parents are try to purchase insurance and there current insurance company on there primary residence will not provide any. Can I get some input or suggestion on what step I can take to obtain insurance on the rental property. Property is in Montgomery County, Maryland.
