Real estate attorney that does trusts and sub to deals

Are there any real estate attorneys in southern CT that are proficient in creating trusts for holding title to properties? Also are there any that are knowledgeable in sub to and wrap deals. Im also looking for wholesaling paperwork like the addendum for power of attorney, an assignable purchase and sale agreement. Please send me any referrals you have or any help you could send me. TIA
