Greetings,

A little big of background currently I'm a Real Estate Investor in Quantico, Virginia that's going to be moving to Pensacola in the beginning of July for flight training. I'm looking to purchase a multifamily in the area that I could live in and rent out the other units after I leave. I work from 5 am to 8pm generally and cant find anyone to work with that schedule as well as wanting to work on weekends which is what I do. As a result I need a PM and a Realtor that are great with multis and work on weekends. Any suggestions from the boots on the ground in the area?

@Ethien Morales

Thanks for your service. We do free MultiFamily investing training for veterans shoot me an EMAIL if you want info. My BP PM does not work.

Go to IREM.org search for ARM certified property managers. Call 5 ask them what they see expenses running per category per unit. What do they see them selling for per unit, what is the market occupancy rate. What are the market rents? Ask them if they know anything coming up for sale. Great way to pick up some good info and possibly a deal.

You can also search NARPM.org for the RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) certified.
