Just Closed On Rental #13--This One In Cape Coral

I just closed on rental #13. This one is located in Cape Coral. I purchased it from the owner and then signed a lease which means no vacancy (hopefully for a year). There is some deferred maintenance but overall it appears to be a nice property. Those that know the Cape are aware of the strong sales and rental market in SW Florida (though we are seeing a slowdown).
