Cheap Insurance Needed for Rental Property

I'm looking for (cheap) homeowners insurance for my rental property.  It has a $60k LoE loan outstanding on it and is assessed for $190k.  It does not have a mortgage, as it has been paid off.  This is in the Pensacola area.  Any help would be appreciated!

I'll send you a PM with my insurance guys information. He can give you some options, Florida insurance can be tough but he will help find you as much savings as possible. He quotes stuff for me daily.
