Hey Florida investors!
I am curious if anyone here has ever invested in the Lake Worth area east of i95 between Lucerne and the canal separating LW from WPB. There are some very nice 2/1 that are too tiny for families but might appeal to singles/no-kids types. Everything I see on Zillow is around 125-145K, so a quick number crunch shows potential. Is this a desirable and safe area? I will cruise down this weekend to check the area out. I appreciate any feedback, thanks!
