FL MORTGAGE BROKER: tips to get LISTING agent to open the door

After these preliminary steps

1.  If using a Buyer's Agent, but they're not available to open the door of the property, ask them to do a rebate of 500.00 out of what the property is paying any Buyer Agent, and increase the Listing Agent's commission by $500 to get them to open the door to their own listing.

Example:

500,000 sales price

x 3 points to Listing Agent

$15,000

+ 500 Buyer Agent Rebate TO Listing Agent

$15,500 Listing Agent Commission increase to open door

2. If the Listing Agent still refused to open the door of their own listing for an extra $500 in commission, ask them if they would consider doing it for $1,000 extra commission in Buyer Agent Rebate to increasing the Listing Agent's commission
