Looking for Accountant in Florida - 1 rental prop and small biz

Scott Thompson
Posted

I am new to bigger pockets and currently owe a 3 unit rental property with the intentions to buy additional rental units in the next couple of years.  I am also interested in opening up a new small business / blog in the next month or so.  My objective is to build a relationship with an accountant who can point my wife and I in the right directions in order to lessen our tax burden as much as possible.  We earn a decent income between the two us and want to be able to meet every couple of months or as needed to review and strategically talk about the best ways to keep as much of our money as possible.

Ideally we would love to find someone in the St. Petersburg (where our rental property is and where we look to move back to) or Ft. Lauderdale (where we currently live) or somewhere in between, but would be open to remote if the right accountant can provide their expertise remotely.

We are looking to get this small business going as soon as possible, so please feel free to message me so we can talk.
