Looking for more information on Rental requirements

I am looking to move to Florida.  I currently own several properties in Minnesota and renting them.  I want to transit to Florida and move my rental investment down there.  Where can I get more information on the licensing requirement and rules and regulations on owning rental properties and also using section 8?  The requirement in Minnesota is really strict.   Section 8 rental properties have annual inspection plus every two years that are required for regular rental properties that are not section 8.   So properties that are Section 8 will get an inspection once a year plus every two years.  I want to check to see if Florida have similar requirements.   Looking to connect with realtors that specialized in the fix and flip, handyman, contractors and or property management companies too.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
