Hello everyone.
Which path do you take first? Do you get approved for a mortgage loan first and then go look for a house? Or vice versa? I'm in the Broward County (South Florida area) if that helps.

Most agents will want to see a pre-approval letter from a lender before showing property. They might not require it, be you'll likely get taken more seriously as a buyer. That would also let you know what you can afford (unless you have all the cash). Good luck!
