Delray to Pompano Multifamily house hack
Hey there, I am a first time homebuyer looking to househack through a multifamily east of 95 under $450K, between Delray and Pompano. I have found very few multifamilies here- Is this just a difficult location for these types of properties? I recently found one in Boca (which I did not think was possible as Boca is so pricey) but now I am wondering if the neighborhood is too "nice" for renters. Anyone out there familiar with multifamilies in this area could give some advice? Thanks so much!

The one that just came on the market in Boca for $450k needs a lot of work and there's no rehabbed comps.
