I'm interested in moving to Central Florida in the coming months for RE investments. Are there currently or any pending restrictions STR in Hillsborough or Orange country? Also curious about Dade and Broward. Any information would be appreciated.

@Robert Gunn

There are no county wide restrictions. Each city (and sometimes neighborhoods) have their own rules, check with them when you narrow it down.

If you're investing anywhere that has an HOA, they may have additional rules on top of that.

Good luck, STR here can be very lucrative.
