First Time Investor Sarasota, FL
Hello Bigger Pockets Investors!
I currently live in South Florida, looking to move to Sarasota for work within the next few months and interested in buying a multi-family unit as my first property. I would love to connect with investors, property managers or realtors in the area to gain more knowledge about the area. I currently have ~20K available and looking to invest using an FHA or conventional loan with a 5% down payment to househack my first property. Would be willing to invest in surrounding areas as well if the deal is right.
