I have 50k in cash, and im looking for a 2nd single family rental property in Orlando or Spring Hill/Brooksville

My goal is buy and hold with at least 250+ cashflow.

What would you suggest?

@Mark Vivanco you misread my response.  I suggested he find a market where he can be all in 65kish, with net income of about $650 per month,
