Thoughts on renting trailers in Miami?
I have been interested in starting my journey as a real estate investor. Wanted start networking and see if anyone has done the strategy I am looking into and hear there stories.

@Luis Morales I have never invested in mobile homes. However, I looked into buying one for a client because you can get a 3/2 for less than 100k, which is amazing here. The problem is the HOA's are $800+ a month. Not to mention Hurricane season. I think the real money is in buying the park and leasing the land. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
