Good morning BP family!
ADVISE: I am making my first deal ... i have all ready found a lender and I am approved for $90 k. The Mortgage Corporation says tha in 3 days they will deposit the LOAN in my Bank account , So now i want to know what is next andif this procedure is correct to make the purchase of my 1s DEAL: BUY, FIX & FLIP.
