Agent specializing in multi-family properties in Atlanta GA

Hi all,

I am new to BP, in fact this is my first post. I am in need of an agent who specializes in multi family properties in and around the Atlanta area. This will be my first property and I plan to be an owner/occupant. I travel a lot for work and paying $1100 per month for a small 2bed/2bath apartment that I spend 1-2 weeks per month in is no longer reasonable. I have been pre-approved and have spent months looking at properties online and with a few unreliable agents. Looking for quads/triplexes/duplexes, and possibly even a small commercial investment. I am ready to move forward and determined to purchase my first property as soon as possible. Any help, or references would be greatly appreciated.
