Road side sign "Real Estate Investor needs Intern" Earn 10k/mth

I am interested in becoming an Investor and I am taking the time to do the research, listen to Podcasts, reading and website research and planning on getting my agents license in the next few months. I am serious in this new business adventure and want to learn all I can.

I see this sign on the side of the road seeking Interns. My natural instinct is skeptical.

I have not called the number but my husband thinks I should. My question, is this a common sign to request interns and if it is not what would be a good way to learn hands on if I do not know anyone in my area? Or is this a scam?

Sincerely,

Sierra the Newbie

It is probably a multi-level-like real estate coaching/college with high-pressure sales tactics called Re na tus.  Yuck.  They are all over craigslist as well.  You are paid when you get other suckers, I mean people, into the program.  Costs are $1997-$20k.  The folks that have been through it haven't proven on here that they actually know  anything about investing. In any way.  I would avoid it @Sierra Westrick.

You are in the right place here on BP.  What seems to good to be true....is!
