I would highly advise you go talk to Jon Blaustein.

He is an Attorney with Andre Blaustein Kill & McCarthy, LLP

I visited his office a few weeks ago and was blown away by the knowledge and insight he was able to provide regarding forming LLCs for real estate investing. He really knows what he is talking about, and showed me several different ways I could go about using S-corps and LLCs to protect my investments. There are multiple options available that you may not be aware about, so I would give a professional a chance to educate you before you decide to form one.

I would like for you to elaborate a little more so I understand, did you just talk to Jon? In terms of insurance, are we talking about title insurance when purchasing a deal?
