2016 Atlanta Neighborhood of the Year
East Atlanta Voted 2016 Neighborhood of the year in Atlanta. I love this area but might be biased because I live there. What do you think?

Yes, I live in East Atlanta (EAV to be exact) as well. I was shocked to hear this and have been following it for awhile. Most people have NO idea how large College Park is and they only hear the negative on the news from those bad pockets. There are so many nice pockets in College Park, i'm still finding new ones or driving around and get excited only to find that, wait what!!...this has a College Park address.
