Yellow Letters, Wholesaler Marketing Plan

Good Afternoon BP Fam!

As I'm diving into wholesaling and searching for my first deal, I'm also experimenting with different forms of marketing to generate leads and ultimately get a good deal. I started off with bandit signs and I've been getting a few phone calls here an there, but nothing concrete. Yellow Letters are next on my list but I'm still trying to get a grasp on this method as of where to target and how that effects my response rate, hand written letters or using a yellow letter provider, and who someone would recommend, etc.

Some insight from someone who's been in my shoes or currently using these forms of marketing would be great. Want to get a clearer understanding to avoid wasting time.

Thanks in advance!
