One insurance for multiple properties - is it possible?

Hello BP

I have been trying to find an insurance agency that will write ONE policy to cover multiple properties. And would also be able to umbrella the LLC.

Properties are in GA.

Does anyone have a great recommendation?

Thank you!

Lynn, I agree with all of Ryan's comments, and would like to add that if the properties have different occupancy types, such as 4 unit rental compared to a retail strip mall, they can be difficult to put on 1 policy.

If all of your properties have common ownership, you can have a single Umbrella go over all your LLC's and Policies.
